This Supplier Code of Conduct (the “Code”) outlines the ethical, environmental, and social standards required by PH7 Global Services Ltd (“PH7”) from its suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

As a strategic advisory and operations firm operating across the UK-India corridor and globally, PH7 is committed to integrity, sustainability, and innovation. We expect our suppliers to share these values and uphold the high standards detailed below.

 

1.  Ethical Business Practices

Suppliers must conduct their business with the highest level of integrity and transparency.

♦ Compliance with Law: Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where they operate (e.g., UK Bribery Act 2010).

♦ Anti-Bribery s Corruption: PH7 has a zero-tolerance policy for bribery, kickbacks, and corruption. Suppliers must not offer or accept any form of improper payment or

♦ Conflicts of Interest: Suppliers must disclose any situation that may appear to be a conflict of interest, including relationships between supplier employees and PH7

♦ Fair Competition: Suppliers must adhere to all applicable antitrust and competition

 

2.  Labor and Human Rights

Suppliers must treat all workers with dignity and respect, ensuring a safe and fair workplace.

♦ Modern Slavery s Forced Labor: In alignment with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, forced, bonded, or indentured labor is strictly Suppliers must ensure all work is voluntary.

♦ Child Labor: Use of child labor is strictly Suppliers must adhere to the minimum age requirements defined by local law or the ILO, whichever is higher.

♦ Diversity s Inclusion: Suppliers shall provide a workplace free from discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or sexual

♦ Wages s Hours: Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws regarding wages, benefits, and working hours. PH7 encourages suppliers to provide a Living Wage wherever possible.

 

3.  Environmental Sustainability

PH7 is committed to minimizing its environmental footprint and expects suppliers to actively manage their impact.

♦ Environmental Compliance: Suppliers must meet all local environmental

♦ Carbon Footprint: Suppliers are encouraged to track and reduce their greenhouse gas For 2026, PH7 prioritises suppliers who can provide Scope 1 and 2 emissions data and have a clear net-zero roadmap.

♦ Resource Efficiency: Suppliers should implement measures to reduce waste and optimize the use of water and

♦ UK Sustainability Standards: Suppliers should prepare for alignment with the UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (UK SRS) where applicable.

 

4.  Data Security and Confidentiality

Given PH7’s focus on business operations and strategic advisory, data protection is critical.

♦ Confidentiality: Suppliers must protect all PH7 proprietary information and intellectual

♦ Data Protection: Suppliers must comply with the UK GDPR and other relevant data privacy laws.

♦ Cybersecurity: Suppliers should maintain robust cybersecurity controls (e.g., alignment with ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials) to prevent data breaches and ensure business continuity.

 

5.  Monitoring and Compliance

♦ Right to Audit: PH7 reserves the right to verify a supplier’s compliance through self-assessments or on-site audits.
